Working at Shearwell

Who we are
We are Shearwell Data. Formed in 1990 with a vision not just to provide animal identification solutions for farmers but also to empower those farmers through the data they collect. Today our range of solutions has expanded to include the manufacture of ear tags for cattle, sheep and pigs as well as farm management software and apps for beef and sheep farmers, electronic identification systems for livestock and web-based databases for data storage, data transfer and comparison.
Where we are
Beautiful Exmoor! We’re a privately-owned company and we are housed in purpose-built premises on a working sheep farm. There’s no underground here and no buses stop outside, but then there are no traffic jams either. Instead we have glorious countryside, a warm, friendly working environment and we're a fast-growing hi-tech agribusiness.
Where we're going
Today there are more than 120 of us working in locations around the world and we are growing fast. This is a great place to work and to grow. Take a look at the current vacancies (below) or just get in touch with a cover letter about what drives you as well as a copy of your CV.
